The kitchen becomes the center of domestic life within an exclusive renovation project for a contemporary villa in a prestigious Middle Eastern residential area.

Characterized by essential lines, the composition combines refined details and sophisticated materials in a carefully balanced contrast giving shape to a contemporary and functional design conceived in open dialogue with the surrounding space.

CONTRASTING MATERIALS

The D90 model emphasizes the verticality of the linear composition. Its bridge structure, with double depth, creates a refined interplay of volumes that gently opens to the island’s curved lines.

The combination of sophisticated materials creates a subtle play of light, with satin brass and glass engaging in an elegant dialogue that reveals soft tonal variations.

 

ELEGANT ROUND STONE

The island takes center stage, introducing gentle, curved lines that contrast with the solidity of stone and the precision of surrounding geometries. The result is a design that is both refined and balanced.

The curved profile of the supporting leg showcases exceptional craftsmanship and a profound knowledge of mineral materials.

CONTRAST OF LIGHT

Glass, combined with the kitchen’s other materials, refracts light enhancing geometric depth and creating delicate surface gradients that enrich the perception of the space.

A key highlight is the custom Italian kitchen by TM Italia, installed locally, showcasing a unique olive tone, high-end stone surfaces, and a sculptural curved-leg island. The open layout connects the kitchen and living room through a double-sided fireplace, with a sun terrace enhancing natural light and spaciousness. This project reflects a clean, modern, and highly tailored design approach created specifically for the family’s lifestyle.”
