HIGH ALTITUDE DESIGN

202508 - C-SHAPED KITCHEN LAYOUT WITH ISLAND AND EQUIPPED WALL

Design: Yaron Iftach Ben-Gera

The project is located in the Sarona area, one of the most captivating and historically significant neighborhoods in Tel Aviv.

The kitchen space is designed with a C-shaped layout and a central island, and it was designed on the 30th floor of a modern skyscraper, offering a panoramic view of the city and the entire district.

MATERIAL, LIGHT, AND DESIGN CREATIVITY

The columns of the D90 model feature special laminate doors with a Grey Silk carcass, equipped with a push-pull opening system. The wall units, made with the same finish, are equipped with an electrified lift-up opening system.

The first column composition includes retractable doors that conceal an internal compartment, fitted with a pull-out stainless steel countertop, shelves, and drawers. The backsplash and the fronts of the drawers are finished in Natural Oak laminate.

In addition, the column composition is characterized by a Stopsol Grey glass cabinet with a backsplash in Natural Oak laminate and a customized handle.

FUNCTIONALITY WITHOUT COMPROMISES

A second column composition is equipped with two ovens and a refrigerator.

The working area, positioned under the two large windows, features K6 model doors with a countertop and backsplash in Dekton Absolute White. The countertop hosts an induction cooktop and a built-in stainless steel sink

A JEWEL SET IN BESPOKE FURNITURE

The large island, designed in the K6 model with special laminate and an anodized aluminum plinth, is crowned with a precious Azul Macaubas Quartzite countertop. It is equipped with deep drawers on the working side, storage compartments, and a built-in wine cellar on the front. The countertop includes a two-burner gas cooktop. This variety of quartzite, one of the most precious in the world, is renowned for its sophisticated shades ranging from white to grey, with gradients of blue and light blue, and delicate sand-gold veining, creating a harmonious and natural visual effect.

A bar unit with a glass shelf and wine glass holder completes the composition.

‘A private house in Ramat Hasharon intended for a family with young children who enjoy hosting friends and relatives. The 1970s house has been completely renovated to achieve a modern style and luxury appeal. The modern style is characterised by clean, straight and precise lines. In the functionality and connection of materials, metal, glass, concrete and wood, the prominent colour of the house is blue, inspired by the sea and the sky to create calm and flowing atmospheres.’

Yaron Yiftach Ben-Gera is a designer of villas, houses, commercial spaces and offices, known for his unique and forward-thinking approach. With roots in the world of theatre and acting, Yaron sees home design as an art form closely linked to the stage. ‘The home is the stage and the clients are the main actors. From the lighting to the accessories, everything is taken care of down to the last detail to serve the plot and create an elegant, comfortable and practical environment,’ he says. This theatrical perspective underpins his creative process and drives his ability to create visionary and deeply personal spaces.
