The project includes the kitchen, living room, bedroom and services furniture, with aesthetic continuity of materials and finishes and unique solutions made to measure.
The kitchen features a linear layout with a central island in wood veneer and a white lime stoneware worktop. The wall cabinets are designed with D90 glass doors in Stopsol bronzeo with an aluminium frame. The base units and columns are finished in a special nickel-anodized lacquer, with T45 handle groove and push-and-pull opening mechanisms.
The bar area features base units in special nickel-anodized lacquer and wall units with glass doors and inside D90 handles. The pantry consists of doors with a push-and-pull opening, shelves, and worktop in Porfido effect laminate.
In the elegant living area, an angular structure in Silk Grey melamine with special nickel-anodized lacquer has been created, featuring a T45 opening doors. This design perfectly complements the overall color scheme of the space, adding character and depth to the TV unit.
The third floor of the residence features a bright artistic room, characterized by a melamine structure in Materico intenso finish, with laminate doors and stainless steel handles. The hallway is dominated by a structure with shelves and wooden shelves in Sycamore wood veneer.
The sleeping area features two bedrooms. The master bedroom is framed by a stained oak frame. The headboard of the bed and the floating cabinet doors with push-and-pull opening feature three-dimensional decoration inspired by the RUA model. The ceiling framing also echoes the decoration of the Rua panels, illuminated by LEDs and suspended from the ceiling by a dedicated structure.
Adjacent to the sleeping area, there is a large walk-in closet equipped with shelves and drawers with trouser hangers, pull-out hangers and vertical lighting.
For the guest room, wardrobes have been made with a melamine wood effect structure, featuring internal drawers and hangers. The entire setup is matte lacquered with black handles.
The bathroom within the masterbedroom is designed with dual access and a shared shower, featuring a refined combination of suspended furnishings and floor-standing units, along with wall units and mirrors.
The other spaces are complemented by thematic bathrooms, each one seamlessly reflecting the sophisticated elegance of the surrounding environments.
The house features two cinema rooms, each designed with distinct styles and approaches: one tailored for an intimate experience, the other for a shared one.
