In San Benedetto del Tronto, Italy, inside a prestigious residential complex overlooking the sea, TM Italia has furnished turnkey interiors for three apartments, each designed to make the most of the available spaces and to satisfy the requests of the customers, each with a different lifestyle also reflected in the choice of furniture and kitchens. In the living areas, various solutions have been adopted according to the spaces and needs of customers. As for the sleeping area, the requirement was to make the most of the space and create as much room as possible for storing clothes and objects. Full-height wardrobes have been created to use every centimeter available, custom-made bedside tables for each room, TV totems but also the headboards of the beds equipped with LED lighting, each of them with a unique and personalized design.
In the rooftop apartment of this prestigious residence, the kitchen, living room and bedrooms have been set up. The kitchen was developed on the D90 model, a corner composition with the peninsula overlooking the living area, perfect for entertaining guests and keeping spaces fluid. The finish of the base units doors and tall units is in characteristic 45 ° ash-stained oak, a particular woodworking that gives elegance to the whole creation. The singular herringbone effect given by the 45 ° mirrored veins gives a unique character to this sea view apartment. The wall units with push & pull opening feature Grigio alpaca grey lacquered doors, while the worktop is in arabesque stoneware with integrated sink. The composition is completed by Miucca handles in antique bronze, matching with the taps. The kitchen finishes have also been used on the TV cabinet which has an ash-stained oak frame, an antique bronze plinth and Grigio alpaca gray glossy lacquered doors. In the other living and sleeping areas, built-in furniture, walk-in wardrobes, bedside tables and headboards were created in shades of grey, beige and white.
The second apartment has an open-plan living area characterized by dark and bold colors. The Rua kitchen with grey lacquered fronts combined with Ardoise Noire stoneware worktop is developed on linear layout in a bright open space overlooking the sea. The full-height cabinet integrates the structural columns and creates a study corner separate from the entertainment area. The cabinet is set up with doors and open compartments. The shades of grey act as a common thread between all the rooms, from the living room to the sleeping area. The boiserie extends from the living area to the corridor and discreetly hides the access door to the service room and to the laundry room. The sleeping area is furnished with wardrobes, bedside tables and headboards.
The third apartment is a home to a young family who preferred to keep the spaces rather separate. The kitchen of the Rua model features fronts in Rovere tinto fumo oak veneer on a black core combined with the worktop and back panel in Ivory stoneware with integrated sink. The angular composition is partially hidden from the rest of the living room to create well separated environments which at the same time are in continuity with each other. The dining area is set up with a custom designed bookcase and sliding glass doors. The shades of grey and beige are featured in all the environments, creating a harmonious and elegant atmosphere. The sleeping area is set up with wardrobes, bedside tables and headboards.
