The project includes the kitchen, living room, bedrooms and services furniture.
The kitchen, inspired by the D90, G180, and T45 models, is designed with a three-sided layout and a central island that overlooks the breathtaking ocean view, creating a bright and open space. The Tobacco oak laminate finish, also used for the wall units, contrasts with the Grigio alpaca lacquer, which is featured on the column doors with G180 handles and on the base unit doors with T45 grooves and push-and-pull opening. The island is equipped with a quartz countertop and lighting in the plinth.
The bar area is characterized by glass wall units with a Stopsol bronzeo finish and T45 groove, complemented by external handles on customer request.
This area of the residence is furnished with a bed and upholstered pieces, designed to enjoy the breathtaking view of the ocean. The master bedroom features an internal bathroom with a structure in Silk Grey melamine and custom- finish laminate doors. The T30 model groove doors, along with integrated LED lighting in the wall units, give character to the entire space.
The residence features two spacious walk-in closets. The custom-made furniture for her is crafted from linen-effect melamine with doors in matte lacquered Cappuccino finish and bronze handles, while the design of the walk-in closet for him showcases a gray melamine structure with black handles. Both spaces are equipped with shelves and drawers, accessorized with shirt hangers, trouser hangers, pull-out hangers and vertical lighting.
The residence also includes additional bathrooms.The guest room is equipped with a bathroom featuring a double sink and double mirror with perimeter LED lighting. The service bathroom is furnished with units made of intense Materico structure and groove, with fronts in white melamine. The residence also includes a laundry area.
