The project includes the kitchen, living room, bedroom and services furniture, with aesthetic continuity of materials and finishes, unique solutions made to measure, mobile partitions of the living space.
Corner composition with central island. The two sides are fitted with Rua model doors in Frassino sbiancato ash tree veneer on black core. The alternation of columns, base units and wall units creates an open compartment and a work area with Dalmata marble back and worktop in Silestone Nero Tebas quartz. The working area features retractable concealed doors, with a pull-out stainless steel top.
The elegant monolith of the central island features Dalmanta Marble Antolini 30 mm for the fronts and a worktop in Silestone Nero Tebas quartz with hob. The composition includes a built-in door in continuity with the columns, which gives access to other volumes. The furnishing is completed by a custom-made table with a Bianco puro lacquered steel structure and quartz top.
The living area is set up with a bookcase on the D90 model in sample-dyed Rovere oak with 80 mm shelves and a six-door cabinet with push-and-pull opening. The backrests are removable for access to the technical panels. The furniture is in continuity with the boiserie, which encases the entrance door. The backlit marble wall is equipped with a walkable platform in sample-dyed Rovere oak, which houses a 77-inch monitor with an electrically operated and remotely controlled tilting system.
On the first floor, the guest bedroom furniture was created on model D90 with outside handle in Blu Colomba lacquer, laundry on model D90 in matt white lacquer and worktop in Bianco Zeus quartz with built-in sink, furniture for the gym bathroom in antique bronze and backlit stone.
The sleeping area houses three bedrooms with different chromatic moods. Black grey and Anthracit black, Capri blue e Sepia brown. Each area of the sleeping area reflects an individual character and a precise identity. Wardrobes, bedside tables, desks, equipped walls and integrated doors were created.
The master bedroom includes a bathroom with suspended T45 Evo furniture and double sink, as well as an important walk-in closet model D90 with shelves and drawers equipped with eyeglass holders, trouser hangers, pull-out hangers. The entire furnishing is in Grigio Quarzo matt lacquer.
The custom-made furniture continues in the technical areas of the house with the wood paneling of the corridors, on which the access doors to the rooms are obtained, with the shoe cabinet and the concealed closet compartment on the Rovere oak paneling, with the imposing suspended bookcase that surmounts the stairs compartment, fitted with shelves in sample-dyed Rovere oak with a thickness of 80 mm and a length of over 3.70 meters.
